About the performance

„Lovebook” is a story about love, about fighting for love and about trying to regain own happiness. What is love? Can love lead us to mental illness? And can it help us recover from this disease? The play, for which the starting point is Matthew Quick’s novel „Guide to positive thinking” and its film adaptation, makes us think about where the boundary between love and our imagination runs. Can we really love? Who disturbs us in it? Maybe we ourselves?
